The thermal pools were a highlight ! I loved the unique experience of soaking in both warm and hot water options, which elevated my relaxation. The suite was beautifully designed, and having a tap that provides geothermal spa water right in my room was an amazing touch.
can recommend 😊❤️

Unexpected warmth in cool waters
Pam Thermal Hotel was very good! As we soaked in the good thermal pools, we were treated to live music and traditional dance. The staff was kind, we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
Our experience was marred by service delays at reception and occasional language barriers. Some areas, including the changing rooms, could use improved cleanliness due to unkempt conditions. Despite these, the charm of the thermal treatments shines through.

Feeling that I truly enjoyed this wonderful relaxing hotel after staying for 2 nights. The breakfast was savoury and above average with a vegetarian for main course and desert, as for instance, and also the staff were all exceptionally attentive. This was a particularly good location just off restaurant on counter as well as local shops that sell water at a fair price. Karahayit district was worth staying in.
Had disgusting breakfast, it might be better.

The location was exceptionally nice, on the forestry covered foothills in Karahayit. It was also so close to a bazaar / center, which is about 5 kms above Pamukkale, and interesting shops and markets.

The thermal pools provided a unique experience, especially with varying temperatures that were good. The room was lovely, clean, and modern. Having access to spa services was a nice touch, and the thermal spring was definitely the highlight of the hotel. The food quality at the buffet could use improvement, as it was just decent. I noticed that drinks required immediate cash payment. While the staff were helpful at check-in, their attitude felt quite formal . The overall atmosphere of the hotel leaned towards quiet and austere rather than vibrant. Despite the clean amenities and enjoyable thermal baths, a more cute ambiance would enhance the experience for independent travelers.

Just a good pick for a transient stop in Pamukkale with all in all great value for money. I enjoyed the thermal pools . They were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Make sure to wear a swim cap for the pool access.
